ZPD – Zenith Path Delay

Zenith Path Delay (ZPD) is the total delay experienced by a GNSS signal traveling through the atmosphere in the vertical (zenith) direction. It includes both the dry (hydrostatic) and wet components of the tropospheric delay and must be accurately modeled or estimated for precise positioning and geodetic applications.
