As part of its mission to promote geodesy, strengthen global expertise, and foster collaboration across the IberAtlantic region and beyond, GGOS IberAtlantic (GGOS-IA) actively supports education, capacity-building, and outreach initiatives, with a particular focus on space geodesy. Through courses, workshops, training activities, scientific meetings, and international conferences, GGOS-IA promotes knowledge exchange, develops technical and scientific skills, and engages the next generation of geodesists. At the same time, its active participation in international events contributes to increasing the visibility of geodesy, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing collaboration with researchers and institutions worldwide. This section highlights some of the educational, capacity-building, and outreach activities through which GGOS-IA has advanced its mission and expanded its impact within the geodetic community.
